Returns & Refund Policy

14-day right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To withdraw, email info@lignumterra.com within that period. Return the goods within 14 days of your notice.

Refunds

We refund all payments, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the original payment method; we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them.

Return costs and condition of the goods

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You may handle the goods as needed to establish their nature and characteristics; you are liable for loss in value caused by handling beyond that.

Exceptions

Items made to your measurements or specifications cannot be returned.

Damaged in transit

Please email photos to info@lignumterra.com as soon as possible.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
